Excellent location. Just a few blocks from Hagia Sophia. Clean rooms . The was a problem with my room key, changed it 3 times and didn't work until they changed the lock batteries. The rest was good.

We were waiting more than an hour to get our room and were really upset when a basement room was provided. After many discussion the room was changed but the impression abut the hotel was spoiled.

The breakfast spread is a little disappointing if you look forward to live counters at hotels .

Close to many historical sightseeing spots. The rooms are trendy but small. Toilets are too small

Very bad, no advantage other than geography. Very dirty . There are stains, no slippers, no bathrobe, no toothbrush. Can not be considered a five-star hotel .

Bad smell in the corridor , the room was not cleaned every day , shouldn't be rated as 5 stars hotel

Very welcoming and helpful staff ,but the view from my room was so bad. I don't think it should be rated as a 5 stars hotel
