Best store in the whole mall and the best customer service anywhere also cleanest store I've ever seen!!!

Honestly, this is the best Apple Store around. Love everyone that works there and they are always always always willing to bend over backwards to help a customer.

Back up your iPhone, iPad, iPod before coming to the appointment. It will save you a lot of time!

Apple’s Woodfield Store has a sea of blue ineptitude. So they much so, they have to send us to another Apple Store ????

For as long as they make you wait after your scheduled appointment they should have couches to sit and relax.

Great store as long as your product doesn't break. Then expect to pay through the nose.

Make sure you show up early for genius bar appointments . The 'tude of the folks checking in was pretty disappointing. The person in front had an iPod and had to be double teamed. So I was late.

The power/sleep button on my iPhone 4 is stuck down and unusable which I've read is a common factory defect. Apple said they can't fix it because I'm out of warranty even though Its their fault. Wtf?!
