DO NOT EVER buy a refrigerator from Best Buy! In the past 2 months I have had 8 deliveries to get 1 refrigerator. Every delivery has resulted in either condenser issues or huge dents!

In store for about 45 minutes walking around. Had 1 employee ask me if I needed help. She helped me with 1 item and then just disappeared. Never really found what I wanted so I left.

Great Best Buy, has a huge selection of products- more than most I've been to.

Big and friendly store . Staff try to over-market though! Tried selling Softwares to a software engineer ! Hard Luck, buddy!

Love the fact that they price match Amazon.com. makes things so much easier.

Employees aren't on commision, but Managers get bonuses based on sales performance , and push employees to sell. Just sayin'.....

Avoid this store at all costs! Did not price match to Amazon. Bought product that wasn't even in the box. Waited 10min on the phone and then was disconnected. Just go to a different Best Buy...

No point in pre ordering online. Taking longer to receive help to pick the item up than it would have been to go through a cashier .

Don't buy a laptop here. You will get lied to by the sales people and then they don't know how to fix what they say they can fix.

Very bad service. Especially Geek Squad. - worst computer repair squad in the world. Looks like they are new to IT world

Never purchase a service agreement. They never honor it. Come to think of it, I wouldn't buy anything at Best Buy. Go to Abt.

Awful customer service, all employees need to take classes on the electronics they sell there. No one can ever answer any questions
