Their croissants are life changing (try the jalapeño cheddar if you're feeling spicy ). Also the macaroons are on point! Favorite by far is the Thai Tea . And don't even get me started on their cookies
Best croissants outside of France. Go for a plain croissant or pain au chocolat for the classics. The smoked paprika croissant and the kouign amann are fantastic as well .
OooooWeeeee!! That cheddar paprika croissant is crazy delicious ... Have them cut it in half, share if you ❤️ someone, hold up to the light, and take a picture of the flaky inside! Cause it's beaut!
The chocoloate Koiugn Amann makes me want to cry. Why did evolution (or god) have make all good stuff fattening? I can eat Crumble and Flake pastries for all my meals for the rest of my life.
I've basically tried every single item in the patisserie . And it's all really amazing. Standouts: the croissants , kouign amann and cinnamon bun !!!
By far the best bakery in Seattle. Can't go wrong with anything! (Except maybe the donuts )
The Smoked Paprika and Cheddar Croissant is famous (and it's awesome) but don't miss the Pink Peppercorn Cookie either.
One of everything please! you should try everything. but give priority to the smoked cheddar paprika croissant and pistachio croissant (only avail on weekends)
Blue cheese and apricot scone ! They had a gin fizz macaron that I am also eager to try
The best pastries I have ever had. Anywhere... You should eat here everyday.
Best tip I can give is to get there early! Like before they open. This morning I was one of the lucky ones who got a cream puff 45 min after open. I feel sorry for the people who slept in today!
If they have breakfast scones , grab one! Small but delicious. I’m a croissant snob and theirs is seriously the best.
Inventive and whimsical baked goods . Particularly enjoyed the cherry chocolate and mojito macarons !
Everything is good here: cookies , croissants , pastries . Sometimes they sell out, so get there early for the best selection.
Tiny shop, great for take-away pastries . Epic desserts , all the macaroon flavors are so so good.
Honestly, every SINGLE one of these is BOMB but if we had to pick the killer pastry it would probably be the macaroons . Seriously, they will crunch and melt in your mouth simultaneously. Read more

Be sure to try their pistachio and/or their smoked paprika cheddar croissant , and pick up some French macarons too!
Chocolate croisant is a must. One of the best croisant shops in Seattle. Croisant will never be the same after you have Crumble and Flake 's
Get here early (they open at 9am) before the selection starts to dwindle.
Come early on the weekend for the canele. Chewy on the outside. Fluffy custardy on the inside. Get 2.
Although you can't really go wrong with anything here, the pistachio croissant is amazing!!
Went on sat and wanted to try the famous pistachio croissant but was told it was sold out in an hour ! Lol so come here as early as u can!
Get there early and buy more than you think you want! Then walk to one off the area coffee shops to enjoy (Bauhaus or B&O).
Filled to order Cream Puffs with Lemon ! So good!
Holy kouign amann . Also, BOURBON CHOCOLATE GINGER CAKE ?!
Best kouign amann in the city .
Best plain croissant in Seattle. Just wow. My new favorite bakery .
Everything here is great! You can't go wrong.
Go early and get the Queen Amman. Words cannot begin to describe it. Just trust me on this. .
recommend the cream puff with mango filling and paprika chedder croissant
Pistachio croissant is heavenly. So good!! Kouign amann is whatever and beware: apricot stilton scone is pretty cheesy. Tiny shop with no seating so take it to go and enjoy at nearby analog coffee .
We wanted to try the regular kouign amaan but wasn't available. But, tried the chocolate version instead - quite good.
The chocolate filled, caramelized glazed, crossaint-like stuff of dreams.
Amazing croissants and fresh filled cream puffs !
The chocolate croissant is good but would be better with more chocolate . :)
Screw Top Pot, Crumble & Flake's pumpkin donut holes are unreal.
Worst thing about this place is deciding what to get. Just get everything, it is all delicious.
The pain au chocolat was great.
Great place to grab pastries on the hill .
Pistachio croissants are the best
Get there early! Pastries are awesome!
Pistachio croissants are delicious.
The caneles are amazing. They do them so so so well here.
Get a Chocolate Kouign Amann
The macarons are especially good.
get the apricot and blue stilton cheese scone . die happy.
The paprika cheddar croissant is insanely delicious
Decent cream puffs and croissants . But the butter croissant is a bit too salty and dense...
