What an amazing bakery ! The double baked chocolate and almond crossaints are heavenly. Delicious selection of sandwiches , breads , and pastries :) visiting from out of town and so glad I came.
Best bakery in Seattle. Great for a pastries , sandwiches , and cheesecake . There's even pizza ! I recommend the cheesecake , california club sandwich , and the double chocolate cookie .
Excellent pastries !!! Double baked chocolate , salmon , ham and cheese , and eggs and bacon were all very good. Busy popular place
Best croissants in Seattle , hats off. I don't eat pork/bacon and they refuse to customize sandwiches . I tried two kinds of macaron , one the shells were hallow yet tasty, one sticky and flavorless.
They do beautiful cake lettering. Might be hard to get them on the phone, but they’re super helpful if you just walk in. Ample bike parking on Kaiser Permanente campus/opposite side of E. 15th St)
Delicious but not heavy, especially the Tiramisu . Great choice for breakfast . I usually buy for a weeks’ breakfast and do this and Piroshky every other week.
The pizzas have a thin crust , the sandwiches fresh bread . More than a dozen varieties of chocolates , seven flavors of macarons . I'll be back:)
Seriously, just get a Pineapple Brioche . I have to utilize ever ounce of self control I have to slow down and enjoy it so I don't eat it too fast. Any of the brioche family is fantastic.
Despite being twice the size of the West Seattle location it is slower and never well prepared for the breakfast rush, with the full savoury treat selection appearing well after 9am, even at weekends
The latte was good, def use the dark roast . The strawberry almond croissant is an absolute must! Most of the other desserts were well done. Thought the macarons would be better.
Oh gosh. They have pastries shaped like fish and they're salmon and cream cheese . If you like savory things, this is super tasty
Really good turkey and Havarti sandwich on a flaky croissant . The tuna croissant is really good too! I’ll be back!
We love the Junction Croissant at Bakery Nouveau, which combines an otherworldly croissant with a complete breakfast .
The ham and cheese croissant and almond croissant are divine pastry perfection.
Nothing can do like them .. freshly baked bakeries straight out from the oven to your mouth .. amazing taste .. definitely I'm back
Perfect pastry and deserts .. Great location for brunch or to pick up a birthday cake .. Everything here is sooo delicious
Junction breakfast sandwich is bomb & Dark roast americano . Oh and the twice baked almond croissant .
One of the best bakeries . You need to try the double roasted almond croissant - rivals Paris!
The twice baked almond croissant is phenomenal. Their quiche is one of the best I've ever had
I come here for the almond and chocolate croissants but the range of selections is impressive
Twice baked croissants , macarons , all the pastries , all the chocolate , baguettes , etc. - a complete win!
We had the breakfast on focaccia and the twice-baked chocolate croissant . Both were delicious!
Anything here is good, but the twice-baked croissants are amazing (especially before 8am when they cool off)
I really like the croissant and everything in the shop!
Come for the double baked croissants , leave with EVERYTHING! Delish savory items
Great croissants , the almond one is just delicious. The staff is very kind and nice.
Yum twice baked almond croissant is great but so is the underrated blueberry ginger scone .
The turkey and havarti croissant sandwich is sneaky good
The croissant here is just phenomenal. Such a simple thing yet very well made. The croissant flakes just the right way.
Awesome croissants ! I also had something called a "kouign amann" that was equally incredible...
The chocolate cake was perfect. Not too heavy or light, not to dense or rich, just amazing!
A little bit too sweet but overall its the best bakery in Seattle!
twice baked almond croissant is amazing! Also received an award in Paris,so you can't go wrong ordering it.
The twice-baked croissants and the cardamom latte were incredible!
Their quiche is nothing short of perfect. Eat it right away, though, or the crust will get soggy from all that cream they use.
Everything is great here! The sandwiches are divine! They do sweet and savory very well !
Not as crowded as the original but the double baked almond croissant is money per usual.
Amazing macaroons and croissants . I could live in this place. Amazing!
The twice baked almond crossiant is mind blowing, but then i dont think you can go wrong with anything in here.
All their twice-baked croissants are out-of-this-world amazing! Macarons are just so-so.
The almont croissants are amazing! Also love the salted caramel apple tart .
Twice Baked Chocolate ???? Croissant ???? ????
Try anything! They serve Lighthouse Coffee , from Fremont!
Fancy French baked goods that will make any office party feel delectable.
Everything is good, especially the croissants and caprese sandwiches .
I get the California club sandwich almost any time I'm on the area.
Chocolate almond croissant is the way to go
Junction croissant is great for breakfast . Also I loved their blackberry croissant .
The twice baked chocolate croissant is the best thing I've put in my mouth.
OMG this place is great. Try the smoked salmon cream cheese .
I love the miniature size of the cookies as you get to try more incredible flavors! Skip going to Molly Moon's and come straight here for an ice cream sandwich. Cookies are delicious & taste homemade. - Ashley Chan
