The Flatiron Building meets NOLA coffee shop for a perfect cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich under the oaks in a lush neighborhood setting.
The coffee isn't as good as it used to be but its still a great spot on Esplanade to sit and enjoy the oaks & people watching
Try the Grande vanilla mochasippi with whipped cream ! Vanilla lattes are also good too on cold days!
