Echoing many here - tri-tip sandwich with the works is excellent. Not a bargain, but affordable . It's the kind of sandwich that makes a big mess but that you can't put down.
Famous for the tri-tip plate or sandwich , and the cilantro sauce that is good on everything. FYI: this is a food stand with limited outdoor seating , but it is close to campus.
They have 2-3 FANTASTIC locations (pending food truck activity; Jul '12). Most popular: the plates or "Pedro 's Special #84. Just MAKE SURE you add some hot sauce if you'd like to add some spiciness !!
