If there is a line at the main cashier , often you can get checked out quickly at the cosmetics counter on the west side of the store.

Never go to the drive-thru to get your meds. The speaker is BARELY audible and you'll give the pusher $50 instead of $15 like they asked...resulting in grimaces and attitude.
