My go to for pho , you can get a small or large, the broth is just right, when you get the rare steak , well-done flank , brisket and tendon , they're a bit skimpy with the tendon and rare steak .
Young coconut milk was sweeter then I'm used to. Maybe added sugar? #17 was best pho i've ever had.
