KFC

As always, service at KFC is always exceedingly slow. If you wanna apply for a job to be a waiter and don't like to be rushed, this is the best place for you, cause they can take their own sweet time.

One of the leading fast food chain restaurant which I awarded the slowest & bad service. I wonder does the manager read customer complains and take action to improve it. I think in my dreams.

It's super duper slow (more than 30mins). On top of that,the take away , the service lady didn't provide ketchup and tissue.

Have been queueing up for half and hour and when it's bout to be my turn, the server Amirul decided to ask my friend and to switch lanes without reason. WTF?! When I asked him why, he ignored us.

Very slow taking of orders and they make you wait for a long time since they have to still thaw and cook it. This should not called fast food joint because they're so slow!

cashier cannot differentiate between ribs and breasts..learn chicken parts before start working... =(

Some tables have the smell of kain buruk. The hand basin is located far behind, very awful design.

Worst KFC...lines building up but service extremely slow...sauces stations not being refilled...when informed them, they pretended didn't hear the customers...

Very dirty . They don't clean the tables. Have to clean your own table or call the worker to do it. And worker give a sulky face.

Never been to a KFC this bad ever in my entire life. The food quality is poor. Service is poor. Might want to order ur Finger Lickin' Good meal at KFC elsewhere.
