57th Street Beach
Swimming is permitted only when lifeguards are present during beach season running the Friday before Memorial weekend and closing after Labor Day each year. During the season, swimming is permitted and lifeguards are on duty at all beaches from 11am - 7pm.

Parking nearby, low/key, Museum of Science and Industry (MSI) across the street.
The beach was very clean . Not crowded .

Good spot to run/walk/bike. lots of dogs & frisbee playing on the great lawn. Perfect for a summer/autumn picnic. Several fire pits available. The field house is cozy for an intimate wedding too. - The Dekadent Diva
One of the biggest museums size wise I've ever been to. It was awesome and totally worth it. Make sure to make the toys through out the exhibits. Must see the u boat it's amazing. - James C
