This place was AWESOME! Everyone was very helpful and the managers happy hour wasnt to shabby either! I just wish that they served the same thing at the bar as they do the happy hour !
Love this hotel and their staff . I stay here about everytime I go to the Detroit area. Cant beat the deal, great rooms, free booze in the eveninv, and a great made to order omelet in the mornings.
Nice and clean but a lot of broken stuff onsite. Ice machine on fifth floor, ice machine on forth floor, guest laundry machines broken for last month.
Very friendly staff . Excellent room for a decent price. Free cocktail hour between 5:30 and 7:30.
Haven't seen a CRT television in a hotel room in a long time... But otherwise quiet location , and super courteous staff .

We had our daughters wedding here.EVERYONE on the staff was friendly,helpful ,polite.Food was excellant.I would recommand this venue...I agree with others,its time for some decor updating ..

Decent place to stay but it needs a MAJOR update ! There are 2 tv 's in our room.. both are like 27" from the 1990's. Movies are $15 to rent.. on a tv that doesn't know what HD is? No free WiFi ??

Hotel is under major renovation now. Atrium and rooms being gutted and redone.
Can be noisy and the bed mattresses are memory foam, which I do not find comfortable .
Pros: Extremely friendly staff , free cooked-to-order breakfast , manager's reception, quiet , great location. Cons: Rooms could use an update , and the selection of TV channels is terrible.
