Hyatt Place Detroit/Livonia

Lovely hotel . The service is very good, particularly friendly staff . Delicious complimentary breakfast with lots of variety. Pool's nice and rooms are spacious and are already cool when you check in.

Rooms 617 & 618 are right across from the elevator . The elevator "ding" is annoying and can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. Also, this is the noisy side of the hotel nearest the highway.

Rooms are spacious , very updated with modern touches, and the bed is super comfy .

Nice upgrade to the breakfast selections . Waffles , breakfast sandwiches and more. Plus they kept all the other good breakfast food . Very family friendly .

Ask the front desk, but I think they have free reciprocal with the Lifetime Fitness about 1 1/2 miles away.

You can have restaurants 'by foot' range. No fear to be captured/jailed for drunk driving!

Be careful with your bags during breakfast . My coworker left his for 5 minutes in the lobby to grab a coffee . Some women picked it up and walked out with it. The staff was very helpful with the police

Wasn't happy that the soap bar at the sink and in the shower were opened and wet and apparently used. Not to mention the half bottle of sports drink in the fridge (not mine).

The staff is great. Very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are nice and tons of restaurants in the area.

Good breakfast , but rooms in need of a refresh

Filthy spots in the room- tv remote and phone... Lazy housekeeping, won't vacuum unless i asked... And old AC - very loud and annoying... Windows need a good wash too

We always stay at HP hotels unfortunately this one is a dump . staff was not accommodating at all. beds were horrible, the fridge hummed loudly all night. They only 1/2 cleaned , never made the beds. :(

The staff are the greatest people alive
