Built in 1913, the former DuPont Theatre is a Victorian gem proudly remains the oldest legitimate, continually operating theatre in the country. Renamed once again The Playhouse, the theatre remains “Delaware’s Broadway Experience.”

Great seats in either balcony or orchestra. I've seen three shows here (2x George Carlin and Anthony Bourdain ) great setup for shows like that.
