Kip's cleaned up its act! I mean, it's still a dive, but they have a solid craft beer selection and serviceable pub grub . Can get fratty , but is relaxed in the early evening.

Pretty good beer , but their cocktail Green Kipper tasted like medicine syrup . They have a decent performance-style karaoke in the inner corner.
