Very spacious , premium tv channel, beautiful cafe house, eventhough the room actually got no breakfast by the time I booked but they still provide me breakfast for two & great riverside view as bonus.
Polite staff , quick check-in & check-out. Clean rooms with sufficient toiletries, Im happy with the city view as the nearby Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah is so beautiful at night! ????
The reception staff are very helpful and polite. The newly refurbished room which I stayed in is very up to date with a splendid view overseeing the river . The breakfast spread is also quite good.
The food serves in the Chinese halal restaurant located at level 1 is quite nice. You must try their fruit rojak . Recommended.

they don't accept paying via bank debit card. how funny! the front desk should get updated with their knowledge in using debit card. Overall, the chineses front desk officer are friendly and polite.
Nice view , n near city centre n tg lumpur (my fav makan place)... Room is ok but no wifi ... Huhuhu... Fortunately 3G have full bar !!!

They should get their air conditoning in the room upgrade. centralised air-conditioningeven thought it can be adjusted to high, medium & low. but still this is too way out for a modern lifestyle

Friendly staff but generally a lower grade hotel . Musty smell in the hallway and rooms even though generally clean . Towels smell a little old as well .

Nice Sg.Kuantan view but the hotel facilities is quite oldies. They don't provide iron to room cause they hv separate iron room. Wifi signal is slow.
