Have the original Bloody Mary , the Manhattan Breakfast and enjoy a shower with the best pressure ever. Staff is very professional and a bit cold until you smile at them and then they are perfect.

Fantastic iconic hotel in NYC and the birthplace of the Bloody Mary (Red Snapper ) at the King Cole Bar . Great staff . Good food in Astor Court .

Elegant, amazing service, quite expensive but the room size is larger than most hotels . Great location to shopping.

I always try to plan one night to stay in and order room service . The spaghetti bolognese is too good for words. My husband thinks the cheesecake is the best ever.

Crowded bar on hump day, but excellent martinis . Services is superb. Chicken club is outrageous. Cheese plates & tartars are good. In winter, try quail wings.

Butler service is available who provide a rare level of service. Both Pavel@and John have been here for some time and I highly recommend them.

Best ever breakfast with porridge , thin pancakes with caviar and fresh lychee tee. A little bit confused by guys wearing ties for breakfast
