I love this plaza . The outdoor seating area is nice with lots of flowers and shrubs. There is frequently live entertainment at night and lots of great stores.
The public bathrooms are all the way to the top, on the 3rd floor, near Raskin Gallery . Nice bathrooms though, once you get there.
Lovely place to shop and browse pretty stuff. Boutiques are full of beautiful, unique things but very pricey unfortunately.

Why are you here?! There's much better shopping elsewhere. Get out of Carmel now...tourist trap. It's reputation far exceeds expectations.
