nice big park with a playground , basketball court , running track , and exercise area.
Almost all big trees along W 12th street were lost during hurricanes and snowstorms and the alley is devastated. Not a single tree was replaced for many years..
Those people playing soccer always hogging up the playing area for baseball
Park neglected over decades: unrenovated and broken pavements, dirt, overfilled trash cans.

Old stomping grounds...used to play basketball , go on the seesaws, swings , slides and go biking when I was young.
