The staff looks so miserable, I was first in line and I had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to call me. I ordered a Big Mac to go , come home to find out it only has one patty!!!
Nasty, hateful, miserable, racist staff . It's not the customer's fault that the staff wasted their time in school and has to work there. I had to stop going because they used to make me so angry.
One of the black female cashiers did make me smile contrary to the previous tip.
Outstanding customer service
They water down the coffee and they put too much milk in it. It is the worst coffee I have ever gotten. And McDonald's coffee is actually one of the best places to get coffee ... Except in this one.
The staff here are slow and disgustingly disrespectful. Serving a community that is predominately Asian is incredibly difficult but hearing racial slurs behind the counter is unprofessional.

This TB/KFC is ghetto. They reset the five dollar deal to 5.55 and when they get your TB order wrong they ignore you. They will also sometimes take they drink machine out of order to save specials - Thomas C
