If you're lucky you can get some pretty amazing items at a huge discount . Just got to be in the look out.
As much as its a great place to find everything you need, the staff knows less things than you do
Huge store .. organized but they need to make sure their staff are aware of the items location and specification
Do your homework before going Customer Service is not a strong point in any not just this Best Buy. This best buy has just about anything you need I've found.
Surprisingly helpful this time around in directing me to the items I needed to buy. I've saved time shopping.

Crap store!!! All blue color shirt people don't know anything and mislead you. Customer service is awful!!! Please please find another store!!!
The store-pickup customer service is awful. Both times I've stood at the counter for 10+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.
Only one customer service rep on the weekend, seriously? Two thumbs down.
