This is the very first Apple retail location in the world. Steve Jobs , in fact, came to visit a few days before opening and had the floor re-worked on the fly because he was not happy with it. :)

This location is my favorite in the whole US and is the first location opened by Steve Jobs . The staff are super and will good out of their way to make the customer happy. Love my Nike Apple Watch ⌚️!

The GENIUS BAR Technicians are the best. They address all your concerns. I thought my battery was bad and all along its was a bad software update that corrupted my battery and apps.

This place is not a bad store. The people here are always willing to help you with your apple needs. We got great customer services. if you need help with apple this is a great store to come to.

Check out the workshops they offer for free such as 'Shoot More Artistic Photos with iPhone' or 'Sketch, Draw, and Paint with iPad'. Start something new and unleash your inner artist !

Very attentive and friendly workers . My MacBook had hardware issues of which was solved within 30mins of arriving.

I forgot to follow up. They fixed my 2013 MacBook Pro by reinstalling the operating system and replaced a worn out key and didn't charge me. Great customer service.

You don’t need a preorder or appointment during COVID if you know exactly what you want. No browsing but otherwise they’ve got you.

Best quality Apple Store!

Friendly staff , but can get pretty crowded

The staff are much more knowledgable at this store versus the Reston store.

The computers look good at first glance but the price is outrages

None of the laptops have flash on them so if hoped to let your kids play a game on them while waiting good luck.

Only two computers for kids now but kids love photo booth . Take them to one of the big iMacs and let em have fun.

Been here 3x. Customer service experience was marginal at best. Find another store or stick to online shopping.

I used to love this store. But they seem rather low on software all of a sudden.

Don't show up w/o an appt. no one will even ask what's wrong or try to help. If you make an appt and don't need one, expect a scolding for wasting their time.
