Apple Reston

The Apple Store and staff are great but its always crowded and a little dark in there. Biggest ding is on RTC for starting to charge for parking a few years ago. Rent-a-cops are like vultures too.

Apple Reston reopened quietly with a new design right next door to the original store in the midst of the pandemic.

Love this store!!! The customer service is the "BEST"!!!! My husband & I so look forward to our "One on One" training with Rob our instructor . He is so helpful and knowledgeable . We thank Rob!!!!!!

Nice being in apple store, but this one has a lousy customer service, waiting some time for a specialist to answer ur questions... They are technically knowledgable though.

Great store and I got great service as well , will go back!

Every time I come here, I can't get help. Although there are always 3-5 people screwing off at the front of the store.

Great service here as always. They're tryin' hard to get my baby fixed.

Worst experience of waiting and indifferent Apple guy ever. Ridiculous. Dont bother going there. 1 hour wait for a repair after the guy on the phone says "just come on in".

Apple sucks buy overpriced screen protector and they won't even put it on for you. I had one put on at two other stores this store and apple just SUCK
