Macy's

Has great clearance deals but the store is always a mess. I hate having to search through piles of clothing that is cluttered. This is almost always the case when I visit this store.

Awesome Service! This was the unofficial Flagship store when it was Hecht 's - still has a larger Men's dept than the downtown DC Macy*s

This macy's is like most there are a lot of different brands you can shop in. The staff there are most of the time willing to help you. Sometimes it is hard to find an employ to help you with stuff.

Macy's I applaud you for giving Woe pass specials on Four Square but it's pointless because your associates do not know how to redeem!

Big store but not well merchandised or staffed.
