Authentic mexican, try the tortas but everything looked good. If you are a little hungover, nothing better than a michelada (the one here is great!)
Wifi is the phone number: 2128742929. I always get the chorizo tacos , pepito sandwich , and churros . Never been disappointed.
Great cocktails and love the tortas . The place looks busy but not too crowded . Small outdoor space for those sunny days.
Quality food, quick service , strong drinks . It's the trifecta you're looking for in a traditional Mexican restaurant in the UWS. The staff are amazing too!
Easy, casual spot with well portioned servings and good value . Sandwiches are an interesting take on traditional Mexican offerings and worth trying.
Nice place in Upper West side. Lovely view from the restaurant . Tasty food, but a bit cold inside. And waitress had some problems with recognizing english, what was a surprise for me.
They have an amazing michelada ! More on the traditional side. The food was also delicious! Surprised to find this gem in the upper west side.
Some of the best tacos I've had uptown. They're 3 for ~$7 and great for getting a few different orders and sharing. Chicken taco is delicious. Guacamole is awesome.
Coming from California it's hard to find good Mexican food in NYC. This place is good and authentic . If you feel like Mexican go here. It's more of a day time spot than night.
So cute !! And they have happy hour between 7-9pm!! Everything was delicious and everyone were real nice
M-Star says it's the best guac in Manhattan. LaurLaur loved the lime agua fresca . Solid & reasonably priced meal.
Good amount of outdoor seating . Food was excellent
The quesadillas are the best I have found in Manhattan! Fresh corn meal, perfect spicy sauces and beautiful space! Artsy it's a word for this place.
Very quick service . The queso quesadilla dish came with three quesadillas and the tomato and onion salsa .
Just great Mexican food . Eat outside or take out . Favorite is garlic shrimp burrito and guacamole
This is not a place I would usually choose to eat at on the uws. BUT, I've been hooked ever since my first meal here. The food is so flavorful. Love it!
Get the esquites (it has a kick to it) and Al Pastor tacos
Pretty good inexpensive food! I had the chorizo torta and my boyfriend had the steak quesadillas , we loved it!
Uninspired but large tacos . Steak tacos stood out, carnitas and fish less strong.
I had a wild mushroom sandwich without the three cheeses (vegan ) and it was quite bland. So I asked for picked jalapeños and I added the complementary seasoning. Turned out quite good!
Folks from Cafes Frida and Ronda have a hit here. Great Pozole , moleitas, tortas and tacos . Nice addition to neighborhood .
The Torta Ahogada with carnitas (pork ) is almost as delicious as an original from Guadalajara!!! Don't miss the 3 leches cake !!!
Taco truck style Mexican food . With authentic dishes and no frills deliciousness. Also happy hour on Saturday
Margaritas are strong and good! Cool latin music and great service! Ajua
Surprisingly great burrito ! Don't miss the sauce they serve with it, so addicting.
Simple, authentic , Mexican. Cheaper and better than Cafe Frida. Tacos are money. Churros were good as well .
Love this place. They have amazing margaritas and food. We come here a lot.
They have pastor tacos , pazole, and elote (corn ) I feel like I'm back in California :)
Both the chorizo tacos and quesadillas were awesome. Sangria was good as well
Fast, fresh & fully flavored. What more could you want?
It's 90 degrees out and their Chipotle shrimp tacos and ice cold Modelo Especial really hit the spot!!!
Super tasty steak tacos , guacamole and esquites . Casual , quick, and fresh!
Good beer selection and guac is super tasty. Tacos are really fresh, too!
guy told me the special was quesadillas but got served enchiladas instead. Ate it since I was too hungry to argue, it was ok, a bit spicy for me. Not sure I would go back.
Happy hour 4-7 or after 9 for late happy hour delish tequilas
Amazing atmosphere, authentic Mexican taste: guac , tacos , tostadas and quesadillas are really good and cheap !
I love Mexican and this joint was amazing. Try the agua fresca !
Everything is great, one of few cheaper eats in the neighborhood these days.
Always get the garlic shrimp@burrito with extra hot sauce
Very good al pastor , albeit pricey ($4.50+ per taco )
Happy Hour until 7pm! Includes frozen margaritas , sangria , and beers
Slightly quirky, cheap and fast service . Perfect Mexican lunch spot .
Do NOT get the corn (equites)! It is canned corn that has sour cotija cheese and mayo on it. Not even real corn on the cob!
Great margaritas , yummy food, friendly staff . What's not to like?
The tacos here are great! The lamb and shrimp are my favorite.
Loved the open sandwich with the wild mushrooms and cheese .
Workers are so nice .. place is so nice.. foods are delicious and'Andres is the best'! 😘
Yammie fresh guacamole and for 8 bucks very reasonable priced!
Excellent Tortas and Mojitos ! Friendly service .
Excellent quesadillas ! They come out like mini tacos . Yum.
