Awesome Flat White ! Really nice and pretty interior, beautiful place to relax , drink your coffee and enjoy the atmosphere or just to grab your cup on the walk.
Great staff , swift service and an excellent Flat White . Worked from this urban, yet cosy little coffee shop on a recent visit; awesome Wi-Fi and relaxed vibe . Can't recommend highly enough!
The best coffee in Edinburgh , fact. Very cosy, friendly and simply oozes character. I get coffee here every day, pretty much it's that good!
The Milkman brews excellent coffee and is a friendly , relaxed place to take a break and maybe have a croissant or artisanal chocolate . Favourite place for coffee in Edinburgh 's Oldtown.
Great spot to pick up an espresso before boarding the train -- or an espresso and a copy of this indie guide when you arrive...
Bit of a squeeze with the seating, but it has a great cozy , welcoming feel. The carrot cake was an excellent treat to go with the coffee .
A great addition to edinburgh's coffee circuit - good vibe, good set up and even better coffee .
Great coffee & cake . Not much seating so if there is any space on the outside benches then grab a spot before you order
It's the best coffee you can find in the city (and, probably, in the country ).
Newly added to my favorite places in Edinburgh. Grab a flat white when you’re walking from Royal Mile to Princes Street.
Lovely soya mochas (you have the option of oat milk too) and we were given some shortbread which was really tasty
A beautifully designed little coffee shop . Pastry case is packed with inviting things; iced latte solid.
Very much in agreement with other reviews. This is a lovely, small coffee shop . The staff are very friendly and the coffee is excellent.
Great quality smooth flat white . Limited seating in a fresh but sympathetic refurbishment of an historic building . Great place.
Both the batch brew & the flat white are delicious. A rare find. Good service , too.
I had the mocha , it was delicious l! I also had a mix berries doughnut , very good as well

Underextracted espresso . Coffee seemed quite dark. Cake offering is lacklustre and seating is very limited.
