What isn't good hear! Beach is awesome! Cool clubs, Fernando and Rodrigo killed the pool activities! The inside is amazing! Way yummy restaurants . Defiantly worth staying at!

This resort delivers on just about everything it promises. Beautiful views , great food and decent nightlife. Avoid the sales presentation at all costs and book a room on floors 3 or higher.

Absolutely stunning property. Our daughter loved exploring the grounds and the playrooms. Skip the buffets and go for BlueAgave -- best food on the resort by a mile

People are friendly and the beach is nice, but they have about one third the number of chairs near the pool and on the beach as they need. Everything seems to take one extra step than it needs to...

Great beach , wifi included, food is alright, spots at the beach are for early birds, which means most of them are taken by eight am in high season, all inclusive is okay, but there are better hotels

Select the Royal Plan and there are no hidden charges. The bar is stocked daily. The wifi is free and the butlers will dry you off when you come out of the sea

Upgrade to the VIP package. It's definitely worth it! Wonderful attentive staff . Don't forget to tip!

Lapalapa Is Good Food & Great View ! This Place Is Beautiful!

Last week we had a wedding for my daughter. Terrible event planner from Romance Department Melina Andrea Guerrero Rios. We had 120 people staying in the hotel , lots of problems in the rooms.

The romance department is AWFUL. Melina calls herself a wedding planner but messed up every thing she promised to do, including telling me 2 hours before the wedding that we don't have flowers .

Check out the Fantastika Circus Show every Wednesday in the main atrium from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

They are so dedicated to you, that I'll be completely spoiled!

The hotel is amazing, wifi is running slow though. One of the best trips ever:)

Great service. I even found lost items from my friend who had lost them after 1 day of leaving the hotel .

Make sure you visit TEMPO , the food there is great, totally worth its price

Make your reservations ...or you will be eating late or buffet every night...

Room service takes a minimum of 35-45 minutes (even if you just want cereal), so plan accordingly.

Try steak . Its melting. Ocean n pool view . Kinda humid but great service.

Make reservations for tempo and the Mexican restaurants once you check in hard to get into those places

Front desk attention not as great as it has to be. Nice hotel , food ok, but not super delicious.

Make sure to reserve a cabana...only 20 a day...totally worth it!!

All incluided is the best option, since food and drink prices are expensive as hell.

the bar on floor two has some really amazing views , both inside and outside the hotel .

This room has two queen size beds which I didn't complain at all as I don't need much space when I sleep.

Wait 5 hours to get a dirty room...

For 20 usd per day, you get wifi , limited to the lobby. Free wifi across the road at McDonalds. And supermarkets to restock the minibar at a 5th of the cost!

An old hotel , with dirt towels... But the pools are cool.

TERRIBLE service, VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Royal service. Paid extra & had to repeatedly call to get coffee , water & towels replenished in my room. Butler was a joke, lazy & incompetent. NEVER AGAIN!!

Excelente hotel , mucha calidad en todo y trato muy amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tienes niños o bebes cuentan con kids club y baby club con una atención e instalaciones de primera

Instalaciones muy bonitas, nunca existió agua caliente n la hab, camitas de la playa 150USD renta si tú check out es a las 12 olvida el all inclusive y a pagar, los baños están muuy lejos de todo.
