This hotel is great and right near Universal Orlando and City Walk (5-6 minutes away). There 's free breakfast and a TGI Friday's right next door. Good customer service

Great spot to stay for going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure . You can eat the free breakfast and walk to the park (s), which are only about a 10-15 walk away.
I will stay here again! The breakfast and service was amazing even though the guests can be rude. So close to Universal - this place is a steal during off season

Make sure u have $15 a night pre payment hold on a credit card...aggravation after u spend $ 305 for 3 nights for a room with a small bathroom then they put u in a low floor next 2 da elevator

Horrible breakfast ! The buffet style setup is completely wrong, drinks next to hot items, then cereals, then fruit and toast . You have to make the long line twice to get everything. Employees useless.

Hotel bom. Atendimento muito bom. Quartos grandes. Vale muito para quem vai na Universal. Perto do Millenia.Para os outros parques Disney fica longe.
Grande decepção! Passamos 18 dias nesse hotel (pior escolha) Cama de casal estreita, banheiro minúsculo, serviço de arrumação ruim, café da manhã repetitivo, fraco e desorganizado. Não recomendo.

Definitely invest in Expess Pass. We were able to ride almost every ride in both parks in 2 full days. Family favorite rides were Gringotts & Mummy. Food was excellent in all areas. - Steph Peacock
