nice rooms and nice staff - make sure you get one of their signature chocolate chip cookies ! so delish. the area is pretty boring and i was told not to venture out alone in the evenings...

Friendly staff . Newly renovated rooms . Close to the Riverfront and Market Street restaurants and shops!

Rooms are crisp and clean and the staff go above and beyond. We stay every year because of the service!

Food in the restaurant is pretty good... Spinach pear salad and the grilled chicken sandwich , nicely done. Exceeded expectations.

The cookie is a nice touch. They also have an excellent exercise room .

They had trouble with hot water one night but made it right. The staff here is pretty great!

Avoid rooms ending in x17 as they are next to the main elevators and you'll start hearing them as early as 5 am and as late as 1 am

The staff (especially the bar staff ) are really friendly .

As per other tips, avoid staying in rooms ending in x17 (e.g., 617). The front desk is not cautious about placing elite/loyalty programs (i.e., HiltonHonors) in these loud & undesirable rooms.

exterior looks dated, but many of the floors have recently been renovated and now have more modern decor .

There are 4 free parking spaces on King St right in front of the hotel .

The chicken caesar salad wrap and sweet potato fries are awesome!

Talk to Shomara, bartender at Metro Cafe , the restaurant in the Doubletree. She's super nice & helpful.

Food at the bar is very good

The fitness center isn't huge but it's not usually crowded and has new top-of-the-line Precor equipment (like all Doubletree's).

Don't do a photo shoot in the janitor's closet...you might lose your purse !

Really bad customer service here. I’m a Hilton Gold member and the service here isn’t up to par. Not to mention that the hotel isn’t in safest neighborhood either.

Clearly should have checked FS first - I'm in an x17 room ...
