Complex, fragrance and yummy soup . The noodle itself is so good too. This one Shoyu . I’ll try all ????
Tonkotsu smoke and pepper ramen , Beautiful Tonkotsu base, smoky nose and hot with pepper . Yummy
Hamaguri clam and pork broth is unique and must-try but everything we tried was delicious. Watch out for the queue and prepare to wait longer if you want to sit inside.
Shio ramen , clear and delicate soup also love it
Headline Ramen (non tonkotsu ) served with rice and clams . Broth is lighter than most
At noon. Recommend to be on opening time to avoid queuing
Nice add on, you got sous vide Pork included. Recommend try belly one
Amazing Shoyu Ramen with porcini oil and truffle . Best ever!
Agedashi Tofu is nice for appetizer . You can choose two or three pieces.
The shoyu ramen shows three different flavors, soy sauce , hamaguri clam and fungi ! Great quality
Ramen served here don't come with lava egg but don't bother as it costs $2 for a plain tasting lava egg served separately.
Spicy Tonkotsu is just ok. Preferably shio or shoyu
Now having many branches. Standard quite dropped
