Tsukemen is very good. Always come here after work for drinks and light bites. The mini dons despite their size, are quite satisfying taste wise.
Fulfilling Tsukemen set. The yummy soup serves as a dipping sauce and is an outstanding soup stock made from dried sardine & dried bonito . Wari soup is also served as a finishing point.
Unique curly ramyeon-type noodles . The miso soup was too thick, almost gravy-like and tasted a lot like kimchi paste. Although not what I’d expect of a miso ramen , the whole thing was really tasty
Tsukemen is yummy. Larger serving of ramen is separated when served. Dip noodles in soup stock & eat. Get the spicy broth for some kick
Tried the special miso ramen . Meat was delicious. Thick ramen broth. Hot green tea comes in a pot.
Try Niigata Shoyu Ramen ! Classic Gold. Soup can be salty for some people. Noodle texture is very good.
Spicy ramen - Rich broth, reasonably spicy , freshly made noodles and the egg is cooked perfectly!
Recommended if u are feeling like fish-based broth with ramen . Niigata tsukemen is also highly recommended, more so than niigata shoyu ramen . Its broth packs more punch than the shoyu 's broth.
Nice cozy place, with great ramen . Broth is thick, but tasty. Noodles pleasant and springy. Would certainly recommend 8/10.
Quite a nice ramen place , the taste of Niigata styled Ramen is quite delicious, chashu pork is simply lovely and must try.
Sardine soup ! It's very refreshing compared to usual pork/chicken soup . I like the noodles . The butariki niigata rice is good too, love it!
Can't go wrong with a tonkotsu base, if the sardine- or miso-based ramen broth don't appeal to you. Familiar & fulfilling
Niigata shoyu ramen has a ligjt, clean sardine broth base. Equally tasty as the other ramen options
The tori miso ramen has a crazy rich broth. You'll want to take a nap after.
I'm not sure how to describe it, but the soup stock has a unique deep umami flavour to it. (Great tea too!)
Very good ramen ???? . Recommend the Tsukemen
Yes. It's a ramen place . But give the Butariki Niigata Rice mini Don a try. It is a wonderful example that good things come in little packages.
Niigata shoyu ramen is great. Very rare to find good clear shoyu ramen in Singapore.
Hot green tea is charged by cup. For 1 person, they serve 1 teapot & 1 cup. For 2 orders, they serve 1 teapot & 2 cups; when that's finished, u can ask for hot water but it'll taste diluted ????
Also, the soup is a light but rich favour, and the noodle texture is just the right al dente .
My most favorite ramen in Singapore! This is fish broth n soy sauce based Ramen . Gooood.
The Sardine Shoyu soup base is amazing!
Gave miso ramen a try and found the soup a bit too thick and makes the noodles clump together. Prefer the shoyu soup . Nevertheless, worth a try.
Salmon Onigirazu (new rice ) is delicious! One set is not enough!
The Tsukemen noodles were pretty decent. The dipping soup was thick and rich with a subtle hint of dried sardines . My only gripe was that the noodles were slightly overcooked, prefer to be al dente
Very good Niigata shoyu ramen . Interesting sardine based flavour instead of the usual pork
Miso Ramen soup and chashu pork is really delicious!
Great Ramen with soup cooked together with sardines!
The Tonkotsu ramen is really good
This is the flat-type ramen . Soups are good, but the maze soba and tsukemen are not as nice. Since the noodle stays dry, the gluten changes for some reason and the noodles get too chewy.
The tsukemen broth was thick n satisfyingly rich. Springy noodles . Good portions
Love their ramen and is pretty lively .
Miso soup stock is thick and full of flavours
Strong sardine broth curly ramen . Surprisingly it wasn't very salty. The side dish I like was mango prawn avocado .
Nice soup stock , amazing Char Siew . Noodles cld be more al dente
Rich dried sardine tsukumen is tasty. Nomnomnom
The signature ramen . Get it fully loaded!
Decent Ramen place with a nice Japanese interior style.
The shoyu ramen rocks.
Best ramen in SG
Two cockroaches caught even before the meal was served. Nonchalant staff . No recovery.
일본 전통 라멘 . 육수가 깊고 맛도 훌륭함. 비싼 가격이단점
Very helpful staff. Teachers are nice. Convenient location. Great place to learn. - Sonam Bhutia
The famous Japanese Yuzu Ramen shop, selling their signature ramen served in a zesty yuzu-scented soup. Remember to complete your meal with their yuzu drink. - Dinastik K.
The original ramen is a must try. The gyoza not really special. Lots of drink options compared to other ramen shops. - Henry
Excellent soup broth and ramen noodles have a bite to them. Really like their chilli too. Containers are under the seats to place your bags. - Elizabeth Lee
Indonesian meal at the food court very yummy. This picture is my fav. Package 1 chicken and squid with Indonesian curry sauce. - Annie Auj
I gather this had been refurbished since, but go here for good miso, produce & good otc -hot&cold- comfort food. (Weekends good for non-panicked-hapless-housewife-with-trolley shopping). Around 5-ish. - Kristin M. O
