Nice hotel - little bit of remodeling going on but no interruption to our stay. Front desk and restaurant staff are excellent. Be sure to get a cookie !! About 6 miles from downtown - use uber!
Digital check-in nice.Good location. Suite clean , quiet and comfy .Spotty housekeeping remedied quickly.Restaurant service slow but friendly ; menu food terrible; breakfast buffet good but pricey .
If you want to visit downtown, call Nashville Moves shuttle service. $10 will get you there and back!???? better than parking yourself or calling a taxi !

Finally arrived .. one long trip with the Fam. Cranky little boy and exhausted wife. Early check-in, quick nap, off to visit with a broker.
Hilton Honors members should ask for room away from guest laundry, which for some reason is in HH floor. My room's lights also didn't work and wasn't pleased w/ where they stuck me. Stay elsewhere.
Room is clean but the entire hotel is in major need of a refurb. I feel like I'm in the 80's.

Stay somewhere else if u can. Halls smell like an ashtray. Gym area is like 80 degrees. Maid walked into my room at 8am, even tho the deadbolt was locked. Get your shit together doubletree

Free parking, internet & buffet breakfast & close to the airport. 30 seconds away from a highway so going anywhere was fast. Room was big & the bathroom spotless. Bed was comfortable. - Jorge Constantino
