Today, my wife's chicken tasted as if we were chewing wet tissue. My chicken is soft and not at all tender. And as always, KR branches tend to be gloomy and not customer friendly . Better improve!

Came at 12pm. Staffs were bz eating. They saw me but no one bother to greet. Then saw 1 staff was walking to my direction me. Boleh ke dia angkat kening and tanya " Yes??" Aik?? Kurang pandai!

Dont bother the service. It's like the store is manned by all new staff . The food is good though, big portion just like the price.

Not nice. 1/4 chicken size is like the side dishes. Mashed potato tasted off....chocolate muffin not chocolatey . Garden pasta still OK. In short , best try other eateries in this mall ...

Their service is the worst ever. Ordered my meal with my preferred side dishes but they ended up giving me a different side dishes without even telling me. This is not my first time. Few times already

VERY BAD: 1) No one greet us even there are 3 people in front. 2) we walk ourself to table. 3) have to call over and over to place our order. 4) did not repeat order and end up send wrong food.

Service so slowww seriously. Muka waitresses semua takle nak senyum, can campak menu.

Have to leave my hand up in the air for about 5 minutes until one of the waitress would service us.

The size of the chicken is so small! The mashed potatoes are tasteless! The standards have dropped so much since the last time I'm here... would not come back here again unless they fix these issues..

Chicken is super small. I don't know where they get these chicken from. Probably an anorexic chicken center. Every here sucks badly now.

Less fat... Less salt... Less calories... Probably because everything served here is tasteless and tiny. Smaller size = less calories for sure.

This place is a joke. 45 mins for the chicken ? Order outside before you're seated? All the tables not cleaned ? Stay away!
