Nice central spot, a bit worn but great service. Great breakfast buffet but ask for breakfast included to save yourself 6 euros a day.

Large rooms with great bathrooms . Breakfast bar is excellent. Do not date to stay on the ground or first floors. Ask to face the inside of the hotel and not the street.

Rooms are nice and cozy but seemed a little too old. Be careful with the housekeeping staff as they just enter rooms in the morning without any notice. Do try their flavored water in the reception ????

Nice location. Service is poor. If you get a street view room, you are lucky, if they put deep into the building... well ... all you can do is keep on thinking that location is still nice.

Free earplugs with every stay basically indicates you're in for a bad nights sleep. This place is pretty poor. Old fashioned rooms. Looks like it's still 1993 here.

sorry but this is NOT a 5star hotel !let's say 3+ stars would be right!the rooms are dirty ,problems with the bathroom flow and hair on the floor..for the rest the only plus is the great location!

Old ...VERY old rooms...and too expensive for that reason. Too old rooms to be a Nh Hotel . Room's floor not very clean . Good location, but too much noise outside if u want to sleep early at night.

Concierge gave very poor recommendations on place to have a quick good lunch . Send to a touristic place with literally uneatable food.

Great location, but it's not a 5 star hotel , really. At least the standard rooms. It needs a makeover fast: old tv , tacky decor, etc. But the room was spacious .

5 Stars are pretty much a joke. The rooms are worn down and very old fashion. This might have been a decent hotel in the 1980s, but not nowadays. WiFi is a ripoff too.

They have the worst wifi service: front constant login requests to terrible speeds. Sure, it's "free," but for the cost of the rooms, it's awful and unusable-slow.

Service ist top, unser Zimmer aber leider etwas veraltet. Fenster ging nicht auf, da Schrauben fehlten. Als Angebot sicherlich empfehlenswert. Highlight: Checkout Sonntags 17:00! Endlich ausschlafen

Super, wenn auch etwas altes(zimmer) Hotel . Aber sehr nahe am geschehen und vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mein Tipp nehmt ein Zimmer zumhinterhof
