Such a beautiful and delicious place. I highly recommend, but advise to not go last minute. Wait times can get long, but it is worth the wait. Bring a small group or date, and be ready to share.
a cozy little cafe with the sweetest attention to detail. every table needs an order of the aebelskiver, danish pancakes with dipping sauces . not too sweet and so fluffy.
Stood out in line for about half an hour before we got a table, but it was worth it! The Swedish Hash , Lost Eggs , and potato pancake were amazing, along with the mimosa .
Get the Aebleskiver (Danish pancakes ) and you will never want another taste in your mouth again. Pro tip: The half order isn't on the menu and comes with 4.
If you like IKEA Swedish meatballs , then you'll love the ones here. Get a side of potato pancake (like hash browns ) and a side order of Danish pancakes (puff balls)!
The spherical Danish pancakes , Swedish hashes , and Aquavit cocktails are just a few of the authentic mainstays on Broder’s Scandinavian-inspired menu.
Split a few of the signature dishes and get a specialty cocktail . Pictured and delicious: Aebleskivers , förlorade ägg, tunnbrödscrulle
The wait was a bit long but the food was worth it. We had the smoked trout potatoes , fika board and the hotdog .
Had my first ever potato pancake . My life has changed. It was one if the best things ever to be in my mouth. The breakfast boards are pretty great.
Amazing and friendly staff . I got the trout hash with eggs . Just do it. If you are a table of one. Let them know. You'll get seated quickly.
Lost eggs is the most amazing thing I have had in Portland yet! So creamy and delicious.
If Alvar aalto and Betty Crocker had a love child, it would be this Southeast Clinton Scandinavian place. Broder’s brunch is the most inventive in Portland. [Eater 38 Member] Read more
Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Laid back vibe, fast, great service. Get here early to avoid the wait.
Smoked trout scramble. Scandinavian pancakes . Small and cozy atmosphere . Actually lives up to the hype. Highly recommend.
Broder borde, lost eggs , Danish pancakes , Swedish hash were amazing!!!
This place is amazing!!' Everything is good! But the egg skillet & ebelskeviers are a fav!!! Sunday brunch must!!!!
Hash was delicious. Services is great. Warm and relaxed atmosphere . Very Portland.
They're doing good and important work here out of a small kitchen. Definitely worth the sometimes long-ish wait.
this place gets packed! but u can wait next door in this bar and drink free coffee . the waiter will get you when your table is ready :)
Try the danish pancakes , like a cross between a beignet and a cake . The danish mary was very strong.
Stockholm hotdog , add the shrimp salad the flavor combination is absolutely amazing. Rarely do I feel this content that I want to slow down so I can savor every bite. 1st foursquare tip!
Great good, service was great as well . Server offered some recommendations and I loved it all!
Every dish is outstanding. Danish pancakes are insanely good!
Lefse is good. Potatoe crepe with things inside and eggs in top.
I wish I could come in every day for a couple weeks to try everything on the menu. The food here is so good.
Huge fan of the elderflower mimosa and fish cakes , and both are worth a try especially as a late night dinner .
Come hungry and order two dishes. The imaginative and Scandinavian inspired menu will leave you unable to decide.
Delicious and authentic food, plus great service. Well done!
Swedish meatballs are the best I've ever had!
Sit at the bar so you can watch them make the food, it's an awesome experience.
So many delicious open-faces sandwiches . I especially enjoyed the rock shrimp .
FIND your breakfast in the "Lost Eggs "! So heavenly and delectable!
Smoked trout hash is the bomb!
i don't like breakfast food at all - but the vegetarian pytt i panna wasn't bad :) beetroot + breakfast food is pretty yummy! you can ask for no butter if you can't do dairy
The Swedish breakfast is terrific, and all of the servers are wonderful.
The Lost Eggs are the best! Just be prepared for a long wait on the weekend.
This is their signature one.. Kinda felt that it was heavy buy yummy
Try the danish pancakes , it's like eating dessert for breakfast .
Your going to wait, but your going to love it. Someone get the Danish pancakes .
