Wow! The New Tokyo Style Shoyu was phenomenal. I normally don’t enjoy mushrooms in broth but this was delicious. I also appreciate the vegetarian options . This place is a must try!

Incredible, flavorful ramen . Clean flavors that leave you feeling full but still light. My favorite is the Chicken Shio , add some chili powder for spice. New best ramen in LES ????

Their New Tokyo Style Shoyu has a wonderful truffle soy sauce flavor that is very light. The pork chashu had a charred flavor from the grille that melts on your mouth. Yumm!

Hands down the best ramen i’ve eaten in NY. I liked it even more than Ippudo or Totto.

Tokyo ramen was amazing. I thought I wouldn’t be into the truffle but I took a risk and I’m so happy I did! The truffle was extremely light and added incredible flavor. Will get again
