Just got back from a day Moon Palace . Moon is great, but Sun Palace is the best. Go and see Carlos at the Oriental Bar he can make any drink.... And they are great!!!!!!!

Def go with concierge level ! Get down to the pool early if you want comfy chairs . Go see the vegas show you'll be pleasantly surprised! Great service!

The rooms are incredible and our view of the beach couldn't have been better. We've already started planning our return.

Arline is the best server on the beach . Another benefit of the concierge level , reserved chair on the beach . You would have to be crazy to not enjoy.

The service is AMAZING!!

The tour to Isla Mujeres is no good. The boat crew is funny but that's it. You will have to pay for everything else and no option is really good. Don't waste yout time. Enjoy the hotel pool instead.

[For Brazilian] a visita ao Moon que insistem tanto que faça é uma apresentação (1:30) pra se tornar "vip", onde você paga e tem direito a usar X dias em qualquer hotel da rede durante o ano.

[for brazilian] você chegou cansado, não pare ja de inicio para trocar os créditos, pois alem de demorar irão falar de todas as atrações locais. Pare com calma e descansado.

Excellent hotel . If you are a couple, I recomend forget all others Palace's Hotels. All of them have a lot of children, without chair of all guests and the pool is like "piscinão de ramos"
