HORRIBLE service. During a peak time there were 2 people on the sales floor downstairs with customers waiting for help. None of the available 7 salespeople upstairs could come down to help.

If you wear a Patek Phillipe into the store, the commission-nazi salespeople will follow you around. If you don't, they'll let you sit and wait, ultimately get frustrated, then leave. WORST service
