You must try the brisket . It's sensational. As a side I'd highly recommend the beans (with chunks of burnt pork tips), the pickles and the amazing corn bread (it's for honey on it).

Brisket is super moist inside and so are the ribs . They use only salt and pepper for their burnt ends so don't expect flavor from it. Super savory sauce, they even got a hot one that gives a good kick
