Surprised. This was pretty good, will add to the ol' list. Crispy sautéed shrimp tacos lived up to the other reviews, and the classic old cheese quesadilla gave me that greasy cheesy taste you want.

Tonights special - chicken torta with chicken , cheese , avocado , pickled onions and jalapeños sounded good but they were out tonight. Will have to try next time they are on the menu.

Very tasty California-style Mexican. Not as good as Tacubaya in the category, but solid all around. Not super authentic but unique. Crispy tacos , and burritos are standouts.

Alfajores cookies are good! The crispy tacos are also good but have compensatory cheese . Try asking for avocado slices instead of guacamole if you don't like cilantro .

Casual place where you order and pay at the counter. Had a scrumptious veggie enchilada .

Order by phone and take out . avoid the line . Crispy chicken tacos are great. As is the Chile Rellano . My guys love the empanadadillas.

This place is always infested with children. They run free without a leash and the parents let them like it's a McDonald's play area ! Go after 7:45 for a more "kid free" experience.

I generally prefer soft tacos , unless I'm here, where the crispy tacos are too good to resist

Not authentic Mexican - it is really a Southwest style place, but the crispy tacos are the bomb. Great salsa bar too.

Their crispy shrimp tacos are awesome. Goes well with a nice, cold Corona or a Negro Modelo .

Note that the veggie dishes take longer to make as they grill the veggies fresh.

Get the fish tacos- so fresh. The extra time it takes to make is worth the wait.

The Crunchy Shrimp tacos , Salsa de Piña and Alfajores ( to go please!) are worth a trip from SF.

The house margaritas are actually very good!

There are inexplicably a ton of kids here around dinner time. Actually, come to think of it they do have a great children's menu, so come with the kids and grab some bocadillos .

Didnt live up to the hype, the fish burrito wasn't very fresh tasting. Looks very popular, tho, so... Go for the "cred," but not the food.
