Never never do buy back program Unless u only plan on keeping your electronics for few months I pd $30 for the program on a phone from extremely high pitched sale but will only get $15 for the phone.

As of March 3, 2013 they have a zero exception 15 day only return policy. I was just told this when attempting to return something. I will buy from Amazon or NewEgg from now on.

Don't bother coming here to look for a movie that is more than one year old. They probably will not have it since their selection of dvds is so small now.
