Fried mango prawn salad roll . Recommended by staff , it was a table favourite. Sweet savoury crispy combo. Would order again
Black gold custard lava bao . It’s just the usual salted egg custard bao . Filling is thick & sweet. The black dough & gold is just distraction
Truffle mushroom bao . Attractive mushroom look, & truffle scent. Yummy filling too!
Fried Chinese chives flat spring roll was a nice starter. It was light yet tasty
Swan black pepper yam puff. Pretty to look at but it is essentially a fried yam ball/puff. Nice touch with pepper . Swan neck edible but what’s the point? ????
Yin yang pan-fried bao had a rather mystifying and dry filling. Not enjoyable
HK boatman porridge . Boring order which serves 2 bowls. Nothing memorable, although it had lots of ingredients
Spicy shumai . Came at the wrong time. First basket was served overcooked – skin was dry. Replacement basket filling lacked any ‘mala’ taste
The wonton noodle is totally tasteless, soup is blend and diluted, noodle over cooked, wanton equally tasteless. Poor quality dim sum .

Iced okra ($6.60) was an interesting cold dish. Chilled chopped garlic & light soy sauce combine to give the lady’s finger a refreshing taste - Cheen The Curious
