This is my favorite place to relax and have a real good beverage. Red velvet frappe (and hot chocolate ) ENOUGH SAID.

I got a pumpkin spice chai tea frappe . Probably the best combination EVER! The environment is amazingly cozy and so friendly . Once you go here, you'll forget all about Starbucks.

This is the best darn coffee place in Florida. One old bungalow full of awesome coffee and the best people in Tampa

Mocha is fine. The place is very small and the inside gets full fast. The outside patio is nice. The shade umbrellas are key. Overall it's a fine alternative to Starbucks.

Authentic and local experience with lots of USF students hanging around. Easy parking in the back.

Stopped several times during my week in Tampa. The drinks and food were excellent, but the afternoon staff were not the friendliest.
