Lovely little authentic Japanese restaurant . Food is fresh and delicious, staff are usually lovely. Downside is that it can get busy and noisy & a lot of the tables are really close to each other.

the sushi chef is from a great little place called 'ben-k' over in hawthorn. he is great. anyway: well he was when i talked to him here last year. i forgot to say hello today.. just rushed in & out.

It's been years since I visited, but I recall dry sashimi and oily cooked dishes. No reason to ever go again when there are so many other delicious places nearby...

If you are really hungry try the Zen Set. You get so much food (including dessert ), all for less than $30 per person!

Tofu steak !!!! Sushi/sashimi boat!!!!! Nabeyaki udon !!!!! Beef curry !!!! All amazing.

A great place for kids. It's the only place my 3-year-old will eat vegetables . He loves the tori don (chicken and rice ).

The stock bento box is a great take away option. Nice light and tasty food.

Try the raw tuna (lighty seared) with garlic and wine sauce . Awesome!
