Refit has given this place a restaurant extension and smartened up the beer garden , and hasn't killed all of the old boozer's character. Food always excellent. Smoked lamb shepherd's pie was great.
Since the refresh of the interior this place has shot up my list of great pubs in Greenwich. Food is good, beer selection is great. Garden is amazing in the summer.
Lovely little local with friendly staff , a huge patio and pretty nice food (including a darn fine burger ). Stick to the front bit if you're childless, as the back is Pram Mafia turf.
Good service from polite and friendly staff . They came over regularly to check if we needed more drinks. We were sat in the garden which is completely covered against the rain and had patio heaters.
God pub with really nice food and lots of room in the extension out back. Just mind your head on the low lights !
Pretty traditional pub with a good choice in beers (including IPA ) and a killer Bloody Mary . Check out the beer garden too
Love this pub always brings back good memories. Lovely beer garden in the summer too :)
Menu and beer selection are top notch. Sit outside on the back patio .
Really great pub . The food was excellent, as was the staff . Pub quiz was really good fun too
One of the best pubs i've been to in london. Pretty much feels like you are at a very friendly friend's living room. Try the mulled cider in winter months!
Ask them for the Buffalo wings ! They are awesome! And their pulled pork is to die for. Oh yeah, great dog friendly pub too!
Really nice back garden . Friendly staff . Good meal.
Very much a pub for families and the older crowd. We didn't eat, but the food looked great. Big beer garden .
Cracking pub with a good choice of beer (and rum !)
Dog friendly especially in the saloon bar side.
Try the new Big Ben Burger if you're up for a challenge. It's delicious and you won't need to eat for a week!
Excellent service . Good selection of ales . Beer garden not too smokey.
Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff .
