Love the flower garden , the deer enclosure ,and the park enclosure that's by Macartney's house, and the hilly areas at the top where you can read a book or have a picnic with a view when not too crowded
I love this park . Great place for dog walkers, the boating lake is a particular favourite spot of my dogs. A variety of areas provide you with a different experience. Fantastic views of the city .
Picnic in the flower gardens if with kids. Only buy ice cream on a hot day if you are willing to queue for an hour. Check out the Deer (hidden away but lovely). Observatory for best view in London.

Lovely big park with city views at the top of the hill . Has a small boating lake and rose garden . Get's pretty busy with diverse groups in warmer months.
What's not to like!!!!! Big, green, not tooooooo many tourists , cafe reasonably priced and all a stones throw away from Greenwich itself!
You can see some of London’s iconic sights from here. With its landscape that hasn’t changed since the 17th century, Greenwich Park takes you back in time to the Roman period. Read more
Emily's favourite place, possibly ever. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. The atmosphere in summer is great. Perfect for exploring, picnics or ball games with friends.
One of the most beautiful parks in London . Climb up to the hill and have a great view over Canary Wharf skyscrapers and the City of London.
A big park with a lot of interesting spots/heritage to see in. A little bit like an open air museum . You can't play with the deer, but you can find VERY friendly squirrels out there.
Huge park , to run, to have a bite, and spend time with friends, family and your dog !! Plus the royal observatory and maritime museum are within the park .
The Greenwich Spanish Sweet Chestnut , one of the Great Trees of London, is in the Flower Garden . Take the right fork, follow the path and the tree is on the left hand side.
Excellent park for training . Hit the stairs on maze hill side for sprint training , run down the slope for active recovery. Less hectic/interrupted runs & or picnics as the park opens or closes. ????

If you need a stress-buster Friday jazz evenings at the Pavilion cafe is just the thing you need. Live jazz trio, BBQ and great outdoor space for kids.
Went here yesterday and a man dressed as a goat approached us and asked us to do the exact opposite of what he said. We ended up purchasing many magical Spaniel pups I'm afraid, covered in samphire
The Greenwich Park Shagbark Hickory , one of the Great Trees of London, is located in the Flower Garden . The tree is straight ahead when the path forks, between the two routes.

Previously a wonderful, open, green space. Sadly, today, it's an Olympian bomb site. I trust there are funds left to restore the Park to its former glory.
The best park in London , in my opinion. On a hill with an epic view , great trees and parks and borders the open space of Blackheath Common. Hard to believe it's in London sometimes.
The most amazing views over the Isle of Dogs. Always a quiet tree to sit under despite being a busy park .
