Can get crowded but awesome place to start your journey though Harriman
The little bookstore isn’t always open, but the lot is way less crowded if you come on a weekday!
Avoid this parking area on nice weekends it gets over crowded .
Nice bathrooms , close at 5.

The way the lake welcomes you at the top is beautiful. Pretty diverse scenery the way up (even saw a deer!) We also followed the wrong trail a few times so just keep an eye out on your colored trail! - Sarrah W
