The service and attention of the staff is impeccable. I've stayed at far more expensive places and had service which didn't come close . The front desk, the valet, housekeepers, all were top notch!
The suites are decent. Bummed that the pool is not in the same building, but across the street in the athletic center.
If you have to be in Albany,this is a decent place to stay. Great complimentary breakfast and breakfast to go bag.
