Once you hit Gold status you have access to the "Executive Lounge ": free breakfast , Free happy hour , and delicious appetizers(Alaskan king crab legs yesterday!!). Very courteous and friendly waiters .

Interesting views of the area from the rooms. Some of the surrounding buildings are historically significant.

Trevor is awesome! So is the check In host! I truly enjoyed my overnight stay. We had the pool n hot tub all to our selves ! I only paid $56 p/n through Hotwire ????

Great stay, staff was kind, clean rooms . They did not replace toiletries each day but no complaints.

This place had come a long way from the outdated Crown Plaza it was. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms look great and are updated. Coffee makers in the room for the free coffee thing.

Best hotel in downtown Albany. The renovations have really made it a great spot.

Even with the current construction this has been the best and nicest hotel stay in Albany. Way nicer than the Marriot options.

Best place to stay when planning on partying on Pearl St., providing you can climb up the hill/stairs back to the hotel . :-)

Decent hotel . Not nearly enough power outlets in the rooms, none by the beds, bathrooms are pretty small. All in all good
