Luxury designed bedroom suite with open concept bathroom and quality furniture . Near to the train station and has a great view of KL Tower . Centralized air cond and water heater system too.

Definitely a choice of stay when you're in KL. The hotel provides great service, have friendly staffs and comfortable accommodation . It is also very near to KL Sentral .

Had stay in grand hyatt kl previously..but after staying here i would say the bedroom suite as almost as good as hyatt!! The only minus point if i should say is the location.Will stay again nxt time.

the one bedroom suite is so huge! ask for room facing KL tower & Petronas tower for the best view

You can enjoy a big, cozy suite at a great price here, the facilities are quite complete, service is also good.

Food is good but presentation is a bit weak. Not much selection but have a room to improve. Love the lamb curry n my friend said the chocolate souffle they serve in shot glasses was good too.

Room smells strongly of cigarette. But they said its a non-smoking floor. On the upside, the room is huge and comfortable . Great value .

The parking ramps here r jaaa tiny n difficult to manuever around. Save the headache, n possible dings n scratches to ur vehicle, n valet.

The room service sux ! The ppl in charge for the room service are so rude and use impolite language, the view is great and the infinity pool is fantastic

Stayed at 2 bedroom apartment ..the room was good but the reception is bad..I called reception, operator and Concierge no one was answering my calls, had to call their main line to try to talk to them.

Even hotel guest have to pay for parking ...rm 8 using the seasonal pass..pfttttt...

Great suite rooms

Room is good. But not great. Service sucks. Called room service 30 mins ago and no one hasn't come, also waited at the reception to confirm my reservation for ages.Service needs a lot of improvement.

Best place to migle around 

Rooms and foods are nice but carefull with the staffs .they not friendly .they almost lost my luggage.wrongly send to sumbod else room! They never apologize.act like nothing happen.very irresponsible!!!

Poor management for groups program. Front desk do not multitasking. Very poor and unfriendly front desk. But the housekeeping team exceptional and technicians are very helpful. Think twice.
